研发部  客服实验室专员 CLS Associate  工作地点：珠海
Requirements:
1.Minimum Degree in Food Science or related field (Microbiology, Chemistry). 
2.Minimum 3 years of laboratory working experience in food industry, i.e. bakery, processed meat, snack food, etc.
3.Previous working experience with HPLC, GCMS and UV Spectrophotometer, Microbial testing.
4.Experience in wet chemistry techniques (titration, extraction);
5.Experience in statistical knowledge.
6.Experience in adaptation of methods, implementing of new testing methods and procedure.
7.Experience in independently evaluating and interpreting results.
8.Very hands-on person and able to work independently under pressure
9.Pro-active, strife for challenges and personal growth
10.Good oral and written skills in English Computer literate
11.Diligent, good team player with self-motivation and initiative
 
Responsibilities:
1.Perform testing of CLS requests to meet agreed dateline and write the Test Protocol and Laboratory Report for release to Kemin’s Techni-Sales team.
2.Communicate and work with marketing/technical services departments the results of CLS Food requests/projects and advise on the results accordingly.
3.Communicate with sales and customers about CLS projects outcome under permitted disclosure.
4.Maintain CLS database, files, and log books
5.Assist in meeting the Strategic Plans for the department, i.e. providing customer seminar, on-site plant trial, lab trial, etc.
6.Maintain good laboratory practices in recording data, calibration of equipment to ensure accuracy of results, general laboratory maintenance and disposal, maintaining the stock keeping of chemicals and laboratory consumables (including purchasing).
7.Trouble-shooting and problem solving of testings, product complaint and trial setup.
8.Ensure good working conditions for the laboratory and that all repairs are done on time.
