1 CORE MISSION

The embedded Technical Consultant provides consultancy and technical guidance to customers.

He /She defines and delivers card product specifications based on customer requirements.

2 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Main technical entry point to assigned customers for all eSIM /eSE technical needs.
• Provide pre-Sales support, including the analysis of the customer’s requests in terms of products.
• Translate customer requirements into internal specification.
• Following internal process to develop products and start up BAP to make sure on time delivery.
• Coordinate implementation of customer requirements with transversal teams, from software development throughout production set-up to allow orders to be processed.
• Post-sales support to customer for troubleshooting.

3 REPORTING

• The Technical Consultant reports to the Technical Consultant Manager.

4 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE EDUCATION AND SKILLS

Experience

• At least 5 years working experience in smart card industry.
• Experience in TC position (3 years minimum).
• Experience with implementing SIM/eSIM/eSE products.
• Experience with OEMs or MNOs customers.
• Strong expertise in complex technologies.

Education

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronics/Engineering.

• Computer programming language (Java or C/C++)
