A global leading media company is seeking an energetic, customer- and data-obsessed Account Manager to support and contribute to our Brands and Agencies advertisers. You’ll work alongside Sales Managers to support and lead the success of our clients' digital marketing campaigns and provide Insights on Native Advertising’s strategies and optimization. You’ll build strong relationships and establish clear lines of communication with clients, partners and internal team members.

The ideal candidate is an enjoyable and energetic self-starter, proactive, and committed to driving performance and creating new business opportunities by using analytical and problem-solving capabilities to assure flawless campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

职责

o Manage every aspect of advertisement campaign, Carry out kick-off calls, campaign implementation, optimization and launch

o Identify strategic opportunities and upsell against them

o Provide timely, consistent and accurate support and account management via phone, emails and direct contact

o Develops, modifies and monitors campaign budgets and CPCs, and effectively manages content strategies within campaigns

o Interfaces with other department leads to share ideas, communicate service offerings, and to identify and deliver new solutions for clients

o Effectively creates and delivers client program reviews and opportunities

o Leads data analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend and implement changes for increasing the performance of client programs

o Meet and consult regularly with clients to understand priorities, review performance, and share product updates

o Oversee technology integrations, with support from Technical Account Management and Product, to ensure smooth and successful launches

o负责分析客户广告投放的关键指标,以提高广告投放的效果为目标来甄别,建议和优化广告投放的相关参数。

o定期与客户会面提供建议及协助,以了解客户当前的项目优先级,讨论分析广告投放效果,并分享产品更新讯息

o在技术和产品部门的支持下,协助技术接入,以确保广告投放启动顺利和广告的成功发布



What you’ll need to be successful:

你需要具备:

o 2-3 years of digital experience. Particularly past experience buying media on native platforms. Experience with publisher monetization methods is a plus.

o Experience in account management with an understanding of digital marketing and the digital landscape.

o An analytical disposition. You're comfortable digging through data, manipulating it in excel, and drawing out impactful insights for your clients.

o An optimistic attitude, strong passion for your work, intellectual curiosity and ability to positively influence your peers.

o Ambition and curiosity. You are resourceful, bright, proactive and a go-getter who works well independently and as part of a team.

o Excellent Storyteller/Communication. You’re proficient with presentation software & comfortable presenting data-driven stories and recommendations internally and externally.

o An obsession for detail.

o A go-getter attitude. You’re hungry to achieve revenue goals via upsells and renewals.

o College degree and fluent in English (work level).
