 1）参与和执行公司财务管理体系，保障分公司核心战略的实现

  

2) 组织经营分析，对财务报表、管理报表、预算执行情况及行业动态进行分析，提出经营业绩风险并提出相关建议；

  

3) 负责公司月度结账和年度结账

 

4）配合对内，对外的各项年度审计工作。

  

5) 组织公司预算编制，实施年度、半年度、季度预算的编制汇总及上报

  

6) 提供对预算执行的动态跟踪，实施日、周、月、季、年度数据的滚动监控

  

7） 指导各项目预算管理工作，组织进行滚动预算调整及执行汇总数据分析

  

8） 编制公司级管理报表，协助财务经理制定相关政策、流程、模版等

  

9） 参与公司重大经营活动的风险评估工作，提供经营决策支持

  

10） 执行管理范围内的财务控制职能，并安排财务内部检查工作出具检查报告

• 本科学历、财经类专业

• 熟练使用OFFICE以及ERP软件

• 基本的英文口头及书面表达能力

• 具有高度的责任感、工作认真负责，能承受一定的工作压力

• 善于处理人际关系，具有组织协调能力
