Job Summary:
Help to create and evolve the next generation of our LiveMobile application on the Android devices. You will be responsible for creating the application and will work with other members of the team to interface with the back end business logic.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code – write exceptional software!

· Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code.

· Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application – We care about our user’s experience!

· Write and execute unit tests and work with the QA team to further develop automated testing frameworks.

· Participate in code and design reviews with your peers to ensure high quality, efficient code and designs are used.

· Spend time researching and evaluating new and relevant technologies and techniques in the mobile space.

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in application development with at least 1 year in Android development using Kotlin.

· Experience with consuming third party APIs in a mobile environment.

· Understanding of proven design patterns and architectures.

· Understanding of application trends and ability to learn new technology.

· Good organizational, problem solving and communication skills.

· A background in the fundamentals of object-oriented design, data structures and algorithm design.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork.

· Positive attitude, enthusiasm, motivation and a desire for continuous improvement.

Education Requirements:

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
