Performing GA activities in China to meet market requirement.

    

To ensure Agfa China  cope with Government regulation /policy , build up  and develop good Communication relationship with government related department  ,  deal with any public risk , prevent   potential risk through internal and external networking 

    

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

    

• Build and manage good relationship with both central and provincial reimbursement, pricing and tendering authorities in China
• Build solid relationship with national authorities (WeiJiWei, Economic Bureau, audit committees…), to understand and impact future regulatory guidelines in China
• Show high quality, reliable image of company in China
• Follow, analyze centralandlocal reimbursement, pricing, tendering policies, and other policies pertinent , and translate as business intelligence to guide business strategy. Work with industry association to shape the policy when appropriate.
• Be responsible for company products local market access:

    

·        Follow provincial medical device pricing policy and corporate with sales to prepare for medical device pricing sheet for every product and record to targeted provincial pricing dept.

• Support tender team for local tender policy analysis
• Closely follow up local reimbursement updating timetable and team work with SBUs for products access 

            

Education   university degree

    

Experience   At least 3-year experience on drug or medical device/equipment government affairs, in X-ray field will be better.  

    

Specific skills (core competencies, key specialities, technical, human relations or managerial skills, and knowledge areas necessary)Languages: fluent both in Mandarin and English

    

 Technical skills: Policy analysis, Good communication and lobby skills, Good customer management skills, Handle complexity, Result oriented
