Job Description:

The Marketing Specialist will coordinate and assist with EFI’s marketing activities. The job scope will focus on GCC but will provide support where necessary for APAC as well.

1. PR Support 

    公关支持

• Manage and build PR and media relations in China. This includes developing press releases, customer success stories and work closely with the media to drive EFI’s brand presence in China.
• 建立和维护中国的公关媒体关系。这包括开发新闻稿、寻访客户成功案例以及与媒体密切合作，推动EFI在中国的品牌影响力。

2. Social Media Support 

    社交媒体支持

• Manage WeChat and other social media channels in China for EFI WW. This includes managing the social media calendar and developing social media posts.

3. Events Management

• On-site tradeshow or events support where required.

1. Lead generation and campaign support

• Support campaign execution and reporting which includes email, direct mail, and other lead generation activities.
• 支持活动的执行和报告，包括电子邮件、直接邮寄或其他潜在客户开发活动。

• Responsible for market research, manage, and clean up marketing database for pipeline lead generation.
• 负责市场调研，管理和清理市场数据库，以促进潜在客户的开发。

• Support and actively engage business stakeholders and channel partner especially in GCC for business/marketing requests or activities.
• 支持并积极参与业务干系人和渠道合作伙伴尤其在大中华区的业务/营销需求或活动。

• Use EFI’s marketing tools such as SFDC, and other marketing platforms to drive lead generation campaigns.

2. Localization of marketing collaterals and content management support across APAC

    亚太地区营销宣传品和内容管理支持的本地化

• Review marketing translations for all marketing assets, collateral and ensure content for web pages are updated.

3. General support which includes budget management and processing invoices.

Job Requirements:

• Minimal 3 years of relevant experience in marketing
• 至少三年市场相关工作经验
  
• Be able prioritize multiple tasks and deal with matrix communication
