Job description:

• Perform booking of supplier invoices ensuring all legal and fiscal requirements are met and corporate compliance regulations;
• Resolve/communicate any mismatches in the booking of supplier invoices;
• Monitor payable records and due date, check and clear vendor open item on regular basis;
• Monthly reconciliation of payable accounts reporting, accrued, prepaid expenses updating and reconciling the subsidiary ledger to the general ledger;
• Daily check E- bank activity and balance, Apply customer invoice receipts into ERP against the bank statement.
• Prepare AR&AP Balance account reconciliation, follow up action plan to clean up all the outstanding issues;
• Purchase VAT invoices and Issue golden tax invoices to Customers.
• Handle export tax rebates and issue export invoices, responsible for working with related department for documentation collection for export business;
• Prepare monthly reconciliation of the bank account balances against the bank statement;
• Properly identify potential issues and escalate the issue to team leader;
• Support external & internal audit in his/her own area of expertise and responsibility;
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• A bachelor degree, preferable in finance and accounting;
• Certain financial knowledge with 2-3 years related experience;
• Familiarity with Oracle system is a requirement;
• Good computer skill (office, excel, etc.) and fluent in written and spoken English;
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills;
• Responsible, accurate, stress handling be able to work under pressure;
• Be flexible to take multi tasks and different task.
