【岗位职责】

1. 在网银系统上对供应商的款项、员工费用报销款项进行支付;

Prepare payment in E-banking system, including dealer, distributor and vendor payment and staff expense reimbursement.

2. 依据会计部付款审核流程规定，对收到的财务付款申请单等及其附件进行审核；

Check the payment applications with supporting documents according to accounting procedure ;

3. 每日核对并归档银行回单，并进行印鉴变更、网银权限变更等银行事项办理；

Check and file bank statement on daily basis, process the access authority of E-banking and bank seals;

4. 编制银行存款余额调节表

Prepare daily and monthly bank account reconciliation

5. 负责办理境外付款的手续

Be responsible to make foreign currency payment per business requirement

6. 与合作银行进行网银相关问题的沟通

Contact with corporate settlement banks whenever there is any problem of the E-banking system

7. 负责公司卡账单及费用报销申请单的核对以及款项的汇划

Check company corporate card statement on monthly basis to reconcile with payment application and make the reimbursement

8. 完成月度税务申报（增值税/印花税/企业所得税等），开具发票及抵扣发票

Complete monthly tax report(VAT/SD/CIT). Issuing fapiao and verfying input fapiao.

9. 公司交办的其他事宜

Other matters assigned by the company

10. 因工作需要，员工应根据公司安排到国内/外出差

Domestic / oversea business trip according to company requirement.

【任职条件】

● 本科学历及以上

Bechalor degree or above

● 2-3年相关工作经验

2-3 years working experience in purchasing

● 能熟练使用Excel, Word和Power Point

Computer literate especially with Excel, Word and Power Point

● 具备责任意识，良好的人际关系和沟通技巧

Sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and communication skills.

● 具备政府颁发的有效的会计证书

A valid accounting certificate issued by the government

● 英语4级或日语2级

CET4 or N2
