identify and implement SMS
Analyze suppliers’ characteristics by SWOT to identify the potential risks and opportunities in order to ensure the supply chain safety
Identify the sub-category to create the deeply category management channel
Track and analyze the related raw material marketing price trend to achieve the risk avoidance, elimination and reduction.
Quarterly review suppliers’ PVO to guarantee the suppliers pooling health
Identify the backup supplier development plan based on the suppliers base analysis
Identify the Prefer/Hold /Phase out suppliers to optimize the supplier pooling
Insure all strategies are followed and assure the safe and effective work environment
2. 成本控制                                                          30%
cost Control
Partner with Global Commodity Manager to achieve budgeted cost saving
Closely co-operate with R&D and APE department to achieve the project cost budget
Closely co-operate with LG to achieve the logistics cost control
3. 支持生产运营的物料需求                                  20%
support purchasing activities and daily production
Closely work with LG to identify the delivery risk and implement the corresponding actions
Closely work with Production to solve the material shortage and find out the shortage root-cause in order to solve problems deeply
Regularly contact suppliers to identify delivery, capacity and quality risk as well as execute the emergency solutions and actions
Deeply work with LG to investigate the inventory control solutions and actions
4. 供应商业绩提高和监控                                     10%
supplier Performance Improvement and Monitor
Weekly and monthly review supplier delivery situation to achieve the requested OTIF
Deeply work with QUA to support supplier quality improvement as well as achieve the PPM target
Manage suppliers to achieve the good service and responsiveness

Supplier Rate and Reverse Rate implementation
Suppliers’ Documents/Certificates/Contracts Management
Implement E-Auction and E-RFQ globally
