About the role

As a Technical Marketing Engineer at Future Electronics, you will be responsible for China Industrial & IoT segment development, especially the AGV&Robotics, Industrial Gateway and Industrial HMI etc. fast-growing applications, dedicated on NXP products. He will involve in close engagement with NXP BLs and Future internal departments. Our objective is to drive the sales and engineering teams to achieve turbo-speed growth rate and deliver good products to support this fast growing market.

What you’ll do (responsibilities)

• Dedication on Demand Creation of NXP Industrial& IoT Segment - AGV& Robotics / Gateway/ HMI etc. focus applications.
• Mainly responsible for NXP BU Edge Processing products – Application Processor and Networking processors etc., such as i.MX6/7/8, LS10xx etc.
• Strong marketing sense, and well understand NXP product value proposition and selling points.
• Platform level promotion capability, able to promote HW&SW to have customer understanding and preference on NXP core chips.
• Familiar with Embedded system, such as Linux, Android, Open Industrial Linux IIoT platform will be a plus.
• Teamwork and good communication skills, able to cooperate with Sales & Engineering team, guiding the promotion
• Good selling skills can face customer Management & Decision Makers, and successfully push evaluation and project kick-off.
• Customer base expansion capability, including Marcom, network, visits etc.
• To formulate, execute and update market development plan.
• To manage and achieve Demand Creation KPIs.
• To participate NXP BL’s project review & QBR.

What you’ll need (qualifications)

• Strong Marketing sense.
• Insight of Industrial & IoT market and applications.
• Need 5 years+ experience of both technical and marketing/sales.
• Good track record of SoC or Solution promotion success experience.
• Technical background with Embedded system such as Linux, Android etc.
• Teamwork, dedication, self-motivated with winning attitude.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills are critical.
• Good presentation skill.
• Fluent oral and written English.
