职位描述

Main Responsibilities 


- Adhering to enterprise architecture and design best practices, utilizing proven methodologies and frameworks.

- Ensures the China IT initiatives is delivering against planned design and that initiatives are aligned to strategic objectives of the company.

- Leads technology teams (dev or engineering).

- Provides technical leadership in the support and delivery of high profile - -projects and initiatives within the designated domain.

- Possesses broad and deep skills across disciplines, ability and interest in coaching technical staff and raising our collective technical competencies.

- Helps with strategic technology planning, business case development, and business process improvement.

- Provides subject matter expertise across the delivery lifecycle to build highly efficient and high performance solutions.


Experience & education:

 

- Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience.   

- 3+ years'   experience of architect with proven successful projects

- Experience with planning, evaluating, and testing system performance.

- Experience in translating business needs into technical requirements and develop suitable solutions.

- Experience in Solutions consulting experience in large enterprises.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

 

Languages


- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal

 


Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs)


- Deep knowledge of .net framework and C# programing language.

- Knowledge in web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and technology constraints

- Understanding application architecture for high availability and security.

- Understanding of implementing and leading build and deployment tools and technologies for continuous integration, deployment, and release.

- Knowledge of several technology environments/tools used in the industry and knowledge of architectural development methodology. 

- Effective communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects.

- Ability to follow detailed, sequential instructions then document applications response against expected response.
