Position: IT System Administrator

Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established growing videogame studio and help create high quality for China and worldwide audiences. Be an important part of the team by establishing, developing and maintaining the company’s workstations, servers, network and software infrastructure to enable the creation of successful videogames.

Duties
- Plan, implement and manage a high performance Windows, and Windows Server computing environment
- Help to develop networking solutions and game server infrastructure
- Learn and apply a broad range of IT, networking, and security techniques

Require Qualifications
- Professional experience managing a Windows workstation environment
- Bachelor's degree, or higher, majoring in information technology, computer science, computer engineering or a related field
- Solid up-to-date understanding of computer networking, including network security, firewalls, TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP, DNS and DHCP
- Talent for learning new skills and solving technical problems
- Excellent oral and written English
- Ability to work independently, solve complex challenges, and hit deadlines
- Good cooperation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Processional IT certifications such as MCSE or MCDBA
- Experience administrating Linux, Web servers, MySQL servers, and other server technologies
- Experience working at a videogame studio launching an online game

工作职责

职位要求
1. 管理Windows工作站的专业经验；

3. 扎实的现代计算机网络知识，包括网络安全，防火墙，TCP/IP网络, HTTP, SMTP, DNS 以及 DHCP等知识
4. 具备学习新技术，解决技术问题的天赋；
5. 良好的口头及书面英语能力；
6. 良好的独立工作能力，能解决复杂问题，按时完成任务；
7. 良好的合作沟通能力

其他要求
1.拥有MCSE或MCDBA等IT专业证书者优先；
2.有管理Linux，网络服务器，MySQL服务器及其他服务器技术者优先；
3.有在网络游戏研发团队工作经验者优先
