This position mainly provides IT infrastructure core services support, including LAN, WAN, servers in Virtualization Environment, Server room facilities etc. Other responsivities cover ICS related products procurement, escalated PC support tickets, remote site support, user training, assets management and all other ad hoc projects/requirement from business departments. Ideal candidate has solid support skills on technology, can work independently under pressure, have customer service mind, and is a good team player.

Windows server support, including installation, configuration, maintain and troubleshoot Server related services, like AD, Backup, file server, IP, DHCP, Patching…etc 

Linux support on installation, configuration, management and administration 

Vmware esxi server support and administration 

Network devices support, part of router/switch/internet line/AP 

Server room support, air condition, UPS, cabling…etc 

IT related products procurement 

Servicedesk escalated case support 

multiple sites support (remote, occasionally onsite) 

Door access system support 

User trainings on IT knowledge 

Hardware and software assets management 

Able to provide service during non-office hour (occasionally) 

Other ad hoc IT related requests/projects assignment from team lead 

 

Qualifications

 

College/Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent professional Education

5-10 years related work experience

Both oral and written English skills are required

 

The qualified candidate should be familiar with following skills:

 

Microsoft Windows Server 2008R2, 2012 R2, 2016 Server or other OS installation and services configuration 

Linux OS like CentOS, Debian installation, configuration 

Vmware virtualization support skills 

Cisco router, switch, installation, configuration and troubleshooting skills 

Knowledge of HP, Dell Servers 

Knowledge of Avaya telephone system is a plus 

Good customer service attitude and good customer service mind 

Good communication and soft skills 

Good Team Player
