Position：Lead Concept Artist / Lead 2D Artist/ 2D Art Director
Job Description
Balanced Worlds is looking to hire a Lead Concept Artist to assist our internationally renowned Art Director with the creation of amazing concept art in addition to the daily management of our 2D Concept Team. As a company dedicated to making best-of-class games, we are looking for a talented, intelligent, and motivated individual that is seeking to learn and grow professionally.
Duties include helping develop the overall visual style of our games, creating concepts and mood paintings, and improving our overall 2d and concept production quality by mentoring and giving feedback to our 2d artists.

Key Responsibilities:
-Help design the overall look and feel of our games
-Guide overall art direction of the concept team on a daily basis
-Manage the daily tasks of the 2D Concept Team
-Mentor junior artists in art process and practices
-Convey your vision of the pieces to the 3D Art Team
-Create detailed illustrations for characters, creatures, visual effects, objects, vehicles, and environments
-Create in-game 2D assets and 2D animations
Requirements
-Minimum of 3 years experience as a Concept Artist in a gaming company
-Minimum of 2 year experience managing other artists
-CET-4 with great verbal skills
-Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
-Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of flexibility
-Pro-active attitude
-Highly detail oriented
-Quick response and powerful sense of responsibility
Pluses
-CET-6 or above
-Work experience in a multination company
