Sound Director
Job Description
Balanced Worlds is currently looking to hire a Sound Director to create the rich landscape of sounds needed for our online 3D games. As a fast-growing company, we are looking for talented, intelligent and motivated individuals that are seeking to learn and grow professionally within a cutting edge technology company.
Some of the daily duties will include; implementing cutting edge 3D audio techniques, discussing styles with the Creative Director, integrating feedback from the team, writing Sound Design Documents, and managing our music.

Key Responsibilities:
-Implement all audio concepts & designs for the studio.
-Work with Producer to build the audio schedule for each project.
-Ensure that all audio for the studio is completed with the highest level of quality.
-Design, create, and edit original 2D and 3D audio for our cross platform games.
-Must be able to oversee outsourced Audio services.
-Work with the Creative Director to achieve a style fitting the design of our games.
Requirements
-Experience producing game audio through at least one complete product development cycle.
-Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with ever changing needs
-CET-4 with great verbal skills
-Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
-Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of flexibility.
-Pro-active attitude.
-Quick response and powerful sense of responsibility
Pluses
-CET-6 or above
-Ability to compose and produce music.
