Job Purpose:

Assistant sales team on project registration and conflict resolution related, prepare special price order check list and follow up checking process.

Job Description:

1.To assistant the sales force in terms of project registration;

2.To coordinate with GF sister companies for IPO, to provide monthly IPO report to sales team, to communicate with group IPO team to know the latest policy. Familiar with global export control policy, be a contact window of consulting export control policy for external sales;

3.Update international project monthly report to sales team;

4.Identify the special price orders with doubt, and prepare special price order check list accordingly;

5.Follow up special price orders checking process;

6.To handle CTS complaint;

7.To give project registration training to sales and CSSC team;

8.Other tasks from manager;

Job Requirements:

1.Diploma or degree holder in file management, secretary, or mechatronics;

2.Familiar with commercial process, experienced in related industry at least 5 years;

3.Have knowledge of finance as well as products;

4.Good communication both in oral and written Chinese and English;

5.Good at MS Office & SAP & CRM;

6.Strong logical thinking ability, analyzing ability;

7.Self-driven with ability to prioritize tasks based on set objectives;

8.Experienced of lead a small sales support team is preferred.
