Job Specific Knowledge:

Thorough understanding of the principles and practice of construction management and the implementation and improvement of management systems.

Good knowledge and understanding of how to meet the OneWay? expectations.

Strong coordination skills.

Knowledge and understanding of scheduling and cost control for engineering, procurement and construction activities and interfaces.

Good knowledge of project quality control and handover.

Industry Specific Experience: 

Relevant tertiary qualifications and at least 15 years industry experience. 

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

Recognised Engineering degree or equivalent qualifications.

HSE Capability:

Work with the Project HSE Advisor and the Project Management Team to ensure that all areas of the Project’s operations conform to applicable company, regulatory and contractual HSE obligations and promote awareness of OneWay? and a commitment to achieve zero harm.

IT Skills:

Normal requirements. Can use Microsoft Office.

People Skills:

Team player with excellent leadership and communication (written and oral presentation) skills.

Other:

Fluent in reading, writing, listening and speaking in English.
