Responsibilities:职责

1. Defines and implements operational quality control to monitor compliance to raw materials, WIP and finished goods specifications; Defines action plans/projects for achievement of targets and improvement opportunity.

负责质量控制计划的策划和落实，监控并确保原材料、WIP和成品符合产品标准; 发现质量改善机会，并策划和实施质量改善活动和项目。

2. Reports and manages non-conform materials/WIP/FG on whole manufacturing process; provides data/data analysis to alarm of production stops or blocking products to the market.

及时发现并报告生产运营过程中的异常不良;为Production Block/Stop提供数据和数据分析。

3. Executing in depth root-cause analysis for identifying deviation in products, production and business processes; Coordinates multidisciplinary teams to define and implement corrective and preventative actions. Especially on hardware PCBAs failure.

深度分析生产过程中不良/制成差异/过程变异；通过跨部门合作，协调相关资源，找出并制定纠正预防措施；尤其是PCBAs相关的不良分析。

4. Recommend and execute induction-, on the job-, refresher- and general quality training programs to enhance the quality knowhow.

根据业务需要，推行入职培训、复训及其他有必要的质量相关培训，从而提高产品质量控制意识，增加对质量管理的理解。

5. Assists in implementation, maintenance and administration of QMS for legal compliance audits, certification audits and customer audits in order to ensure operational compliance.

协助维护QMS，支持各种认证、客户和第三方审核。

6. Handling customer quality complaint and taking the lead of problem solving, coordinate with other department to find the root cause and establish corrective actions, with the tool such as 8D, fishbone diagram, 5Why,FMEA,DOE, and in charge of the follow-up actions.

处理客户质量抱怨的沟通与解决；协调内部资源，应用8D、鱼骨图、5Why、FMEA、DOE等工具，分析、确定根本原因，制定并实施纠正预防措施及跟踪行动计划的制定与落实，确保问题的解决。

7. Identifies and reports quality problems or trends; prepare weekly, monthly quality reports.

负责报告质量问题或者趋势；汇总质量周报、月报

8. Supports localization/NPI projects

支持国产化和NPI项目平稳落地

9. Other tasks assigned by Quality Manager

上级领导安排的其他任务。

Education: 教育背景

Bachelor above, preferable education background in Electrical and Engineering

本科以上，电子或工程技术专业

Experience Requirements: 相关经验

1. Good skills on hardware PCBAs failure analysis, or LCD manufacturing experience

良好的电子线路失败分析经验,或有LCD生产制造经验

2. 5+ years quality control experience, foreign manufacturing industry is preferred

5年以上质量控制经验；外企生产制造业经验者优先

3. Rich experience of using various quality tools； 6sigma or Lean experience is preferred

丰富的质量工具运用经验；6Sigma/Lean背景优先；

4. Quick to learn, Good communications, coordination and cooperation skills

善于学习；较好的沟通，协调合作能力；

5. Good English skill MUST while daily work on understanding English documents and communication with foreign colleague not only through E-mail, but also conference call and so on.

英语熟练,可以驾驭日常工作中的英文文件的理解掌握，无障碍的和国外同事进行日常工作沟通,不仅限于邮件形式，也包含电话等形式

6. Expected to work extended hours if required

7. Able to travel
