Job Summary:

    

    

Under the administrative direction and general supervision of HR manager, it will be expected that the HR officer will plan to administer recruitment, employ relationship and payroll functions.

    

    

Responsibilities:

    

    

The position is accountable for:

    

    

·         Co-ordinate recruitment activities, to include posting job openings, preparing formal advertisements and announcements, disseminating recruiting materials, processing applications and maintaining log and flow charts, give selection tests, prepare reports and make recommendations to management about staff appointments.

• Supervise orientation of new employees and terminations.
• Analyze the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop job descriptions.

            

·         Ensure proper maintenance of personal records of employees on matters such as contracts, wages, leave and OT and prepare associated management reports.

    

·         Use a number of management systems to record and manage all necessary information.

    

·         Administration of personnel policies, counsel employees on policies and rules relating to employment policies and programs, and on the company's rules and regulations.

    

·         Direct the administration of staff benefit programs and processing monthly salaries.

    

·         Other works assigned by line manager.

    

    

Requirements:

    

·         University graduate in HR, business administration or related discipline

    

·         Detail-oriented, with excellent execution skills

    

·         Self driven and good team work player

    

·         Basic knowledge and passionate for yoga and fitness industry

    

·         Outgoing, open-minded and good communication skill

    

·         Able to work in a fast-paced environment

    

·         Proficiency in MS Office

    

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
