• Business related legal documents drafting & reviewing

  负责业务相关法律相关文件起草和审核

• Daily Q&A support/training to legal related operation

  日常业务处理中法务相关问题支持或培训

• Legal information & resource research and present alerts, coordinate with External Counsels

  法律信息、资源检索和预警，和外部法律顾问合作。

• Monthly work status analyses & reports

  月度各类工作状态分析或报告/报表

                

Contract management & procedure合同管理及流程

• Contracts related Standard form/WI/IOP/SOP draft, maintenance, updates

  合同相关的标准格式/工作说明/内部操作程序/操作标准起草、维护和更新

• Contract & review/biding & relevant support

  为日常合同审核提供意见或建议，招投标相关流程支持

• Contract documentation collection & prepare for approval, management/filing

  负责合同材料归集和审批准备及管理和存档

• Contract disputes  & Case handling settlement support.

  合同或案件争议处理支持

                

Company Compliance/License Maintenance 公司司合规/资质维护

• DSV NVOCC, Customs, Forwarding Register/yearly review and FAQ maintenance

  维护公司报关及NVOCC资质&更新、国际货代备案更新及年度备案、公司合规相关FAQ维护

• Export Control/Forwarding Compliance/ Operating Risk control

  出口控制，货代合规和操作风险控制

• Maintenance/updates of department or company Policy & Process relating to legal & compliance

  法务合规部门政策及由法务合规部门负责的相关公司政策维护和更新

• In charge of DSV CSR system & report /corporate responsibility, DSV employee Code of Conduct compliance

  负责公司员工行为准则、企业社会责任相关事项及报告系统

• Monitoring legal documents flow in relating to this job position and ensure full filing and validity
