职位描述
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Telemarketing
- Sales Call Arrangement and Follow up
1. Arrange appointments with potential clients for senior management by email and telephone in English
2. Conduct online research and prepare meeting documents for each appointment made for Senior Management Team. This includes completed project lists by client, historical meeting notes, account key contact persons and histories, company background and recent news
3. Organize sales meeting notes to generate internal notifications in the format of Sales Call Report (SCR)
4. Draft follow-up email with necessary supporting documents after sales meeting completed
- Existing client database maintenance
5. Maintain current client contacts information up to date
6. All communication with clients are recorded timely in the company Access Database
- New client contact identification
7. Collect new potential clients contact information through Internet, business directories or other channels e.g. tradeshows, conferences and new sector research
8. Add new client contacts to company Access Database and provide monthly report
Proposal and quote support
9. To search industry, company or product background information to support proposal and quote preparation
10. To prepare proposals including project teams bios and SAI's qualification in the specific industry/topic
Secondary research
11. To search product, industry, company information per team and management's requests for BD purposes
12. Sources include SAI in-house database, purchased database and internet search
Marketing activities
13. Preparation SAI's monthly e-newsletter to clients (mailer)
14. Webinar participants registration including attendees list, webinar logistics and content update
15. Identifying relevant upcoming trade shows and conferences in Asia through online research to ensure SAI's presence and participation
Project information compilation
16. Update completed project list by client
17. Update experience list in PPT format by industry, function and geography
18. Update project assessment list (excel)
19. Write up project case study
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:
- Fluent in Chinese and English (essential)
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Flexible, willing to undertake tasks outside of job description
- Ability to conduct online research independently and effectively, previous experience in online research is a plus
- Strong business sense with a understanding of target markets
- Good communication skills, particularly on the phone
- MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to use Access database
The position is based in Beijing, very little travel is required. Competitive compensation will be offered for the right candidate.
