Responsibilities:

• Provide on-going support of business systems (eg. AX), with the resolution of user issues logged through a central helpdesk.
• Liaise with users in order to analyse business processes, clarify requirements and determine the scope of required solution.
• Evaluate gaps in the current system, business process design/mapping and documentation and propose solutions to these gaps.
• Provide system and process training, and ensure that any supporting documentation is up to date.
• Working with Local Project Manager for each deployment to ensure activities are kept within budget, on plan and delivered to agreed quality guidelines.
• Act as knowledge base for end users and team members on implementations and on-going support.
• To carry out additional duties as may be assigned from time to time as instructed and agreed by line manager and that are considered within your skills remit.

                                

    

Qualifications:

• Good working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3.
• Dynamics AX certification and Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
• Understanding of Business Process Analysis and Design, with significant experience in an ERP implementation is preferred.
• Demonstrate understanding of business processes and best practices.
• Good presentation and demonstration skills.
• Clear/demonstrable customer focus (either internal or external).
• Willingness to travel and work on site outside China.
