About You

Responsibilities:

? Implement the sales business plan and marketing development plan for spirits accounts.

? Attain and overachieve the sales targets provided and various KPIs

? Develop new spirits customers in Shenzhen and potential customers visits

? Assist the indirect and direct sales team in Shenzhen for bartender events, trainings and proposals

? Develop, offer and implement solutions and consultations to brand owners, sales teams and customers through value-added advices, trend/product information and product development support

? Providing professional service, feedback and market insights to the main stakeholders involved within the aim of relevance and effectiveness of the business

? Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

? A minimum of 1-3 years in relevant experience in account ***agement within the night market and spirits industry in Chengdu

? Able to ***age trade customers and seize opportunity (Bars, Night Clubs, ***, Speakeasy)

? Excellent negotiation skill, execution and influencing skill

? Able to act independently and yet able to work within a team

? Excellent communicator, well organized, with strong presentation & analytic skills

? Fluent Mandarin and English speaking and writing skills

? Strong knowledge and connection within the bar/club market

? Spirits knowledge is a must / Wine & other Beverage knowledge is a plus

? Previous experience as a mixologist/bartender is a Plus
