PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be responsible for various Sea Freight export documents, work closely with Operation.

1. Confirm the shipment on board with the shipping line or co-loader

2. Confirm/issue bill of lading with the shipper after sailing

3. Confirm/Issue local invoices to the shipper

4. Document information input in the operating system

5. other tasks assigned by the  company

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1. College degree;

2. Fluent in written and oral English, CET-4 or above.

3. Minimum one year operation working experience in forwarding industry.

4. Familiar with seafreight export document procedure and forwarding related knowledge.

5. Strong sense of responsibility; Patient; Good interpersonal and communication skill.

6. Proactive, positive-thinking, dedicate to services and discipline and rules.
