此职位为第三方外包职位，工作地点在宝马集团总部，职位长期稳定，并且有内部机会。

1.  Service Scope

The service will provide HR support mainly on recruiting for BMW China R&D center:

· Responsible for direct sourcing candidates in labor market through job board (linked in, Liepin, Boss Zhipin etc.). Connecting with headhunter for job briefing and candidates presenting.

· Responsible for CV screening, phone interview, and then generate candidate report to present to hiring manager.

· Facilitate hiring process incl. interview arrangement.

· Responsible for weekly market search report, recruiting status report and talent mapping to help hiring manager better understand the market situation.

· Responsible for global recruiting system, local recruiting system management.

· Support campus recruitment and internal referral program etc..

· Support HR management for monthly HC report, HR data analysis.

· Bachelor's degree or above;

· At least 1 year’ experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, especially in talent sourcing, and screening.

· Proven success driving hiring processes across engagement with business team and other HR colleagues.

· Experience in managing head-hunter and other 3rd party recruitment agencies.

· Experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies with an emphasis on diverse talent pools

· Sensitive in numbers, and data analytical related with recruiting; able to provide talent market insight sharing upon request.
