职位描述
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Engage local team members to identify opportunities for continuous improvement projects
- Ensure proper maintenance of tools after implementation
- Facilitate and foster the continuous improvement process
- Consolidate best practices for further development of continuous development tools
- Coach local teams in managing improvement projects and the use of tools
- Monitor the status of savings at customer sites
Your skills and experience:
Ideally, you should have minimum 2 years of experience in project management with a large international organization. Prior experience in process improvement is preferred, as is Six Sigma Black Belt qualifications. You are proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Visio, and possess strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
