DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

 1.      Accountable for managing the procurement activities of all raw material, packaging, reagent, consumables, and MRO for HBM lab operation and manufacturing site.   

 2.      Conduct purchasing projects in close partnership with functional stakeholders, including purchasing needs understanding and management, supply market analysis, vendor sourcing, bidding and negotiation, contract commercial terms and conditions review etc.   

 3.      Optimize purchasing of goods and services to meet internal customers’ needs by following compliance requirements and purchasing missions, guidelines and strategies.   

 4.      Set up the standard process and best practice for related categories.     

 5.      Create value by contributing to raw material and consumables categories regarding quality, supplier and risk management, innovation, sustainability, services, processes improvement and costs savings to ensure internal stakeholders satisfaction.       

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in supply chain, material science, biology or chemistry preferred.
2. At least 5-7 years related sourcing experiences, familiar with GMP production.
3. Experience in Logistics & Inventory Management.
4. Knowledge in GMP Quality system & standard.
5. Familiar with supplier pre-qualification, performance evaluation and optimization.
6. Excellent communication skills with all levels of organization and suppliers. analytical, problem solving and influential skills.
7. Excellent English preferred, both written and spoken.
8. Integrity and Self-motivation

1. Select and manage suppliers, develop mechanism to track supplier performance with delivery, quality and cost etc., evaluate and manage supplier performance and relationship.
2. Provide consulting service and professional support (deliverables, best practices etc.) to stakeholders, as category expert.
3. Actively seek opportunities to improve performance upon business requests, develop category strategy with the business growing and drive cost saving project (quantitative and qualitative indicators).
4. Implement daily operation and purchase to pay process in terms of procurement SOP.
5. Category and PO analysis report when needed.
6. Procurement main data management and maintenance.
7. Vendor set-up and vendor documents management (site level).
