职位描述
Position Summary
A project management officer working cross-functionally to support business solutions that align with business strategies to drive significant performance improvement, to design and maintain project management processes, standards and portfolios, and to ensure the project deliverables are launched and communicated.
Manages country strategy & assigned special projects. Ensures successful outcomes with on-time and in-budget delivery of business-critical items. Responsibilities include strategy management with country leadership, establishing timelines, tracking progress and measuring results. Focus on special project commitments or company projects that may fall outside the scope of standard projects/responsibilities including alignment with sponsors and stakeholders with escalation to leadership when required. Collaborates with internal functions and vendors to ensure proper alignment to strategy and objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of projects and part of strategy development.
- Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
- Follow a defined, agreed upon project management methodology.
- Facilitate the definition of China’s strategic vision, goals, tasks and resource requirements.
- Drive project management for commercial initiatives and projects. This includes implementing, tracking status and the successful delivery of projects
- Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas.
- Gather and evaluate relevant data with an analytical mindset and prepare presentation materials for relevant business leaders
- Engage and work closely with stakeholders across the business including local, regional, and global colleagues as well as external business partners and stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English, with superior communication and presentation skills, including acute listening skills.
- You will distill and represent complex data and information into clear messages.
- Present oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.
Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or leading the project in the life science industry or Consulting field.
- Master's degree in business, life science or engineering, ideally with MBA and/or post-graduate degree(s)
- Knowledge of project management principles including proficient use of project management tools and software such as MS Project, SharePoint, and other collaborative systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage and communicate across boundaries, build cross-functional collaboration, and influence without direct authority
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to drive for / deliver results.
- Strong leader, able to motivate people to meet their commitments.

- Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools:
- Prepare: definition/scope/requirements
- Execute & Control: scope, workplans, resources, deliverables, transition planning, etc
- Close: completion and assessment
- Strong and tested project management skills, including sponsor and risk management.
