职位描述
1. 负责会议室视频会议系统的设置及周边设备等基础故障的排查
2. 熟悉局域网的维护及网络安全，具备网络故障的诊断和排除能力或相关知识
3. 负责日常IT HelpDesk工作，Windows操作系统及Office, Adobe等应用软件的维护
4. 熟悉IPSEC VPN, SSL VPN的工作原理和网络安全系统, 能在PC及Mobile端对VPN进行设置
5. 负责公司AD域控的管理以及AD系统的日常维护(账号管理、组织架构管理、策略管理)
6. 负责对接公司信息化需求，负责日常办公技术文档编写和维护
任职要求：
1、3年以上技术支持经验
2、计算机相关专业本科以上学历
3、具备基本的运维经验和基础知识，有较好的理论基础知识，有解决系统问题的经验和思路，有终端安全经验者优先；
4、善于与客户沟通，善于交流，了解客户诉求；
5、熟练掌握所有常见的办公软件、及操作系统，能够解决一般的IT运维基础问题；
6、具有良好的英文听/读/写能力，良好的团队合作精神、沟通能力和服务意识
