Parts and Service Specialist

  

 

  

Job description

  

 

  

* Liaison with customers and EVG Headquarter on installation/warranty/parts issues and resolutions.

  

* Understand customers business needs and develop solution to support customer service, warranty.

  

* Build knowledge of parts, tool operation and the commercial aspects of the parts and service business.

  

* Be familiar with the company’s processes, systems and methodologies.

  

* Meet expectations; deliver results, consider alternative actions, make timely decisions and develop communication skills.

  

* Provide information to customers on parts and delivery.

  

* Assist FSEs in service planning and develop increased human performance capability.

  

* Develop proficiency level in warehouse management competencies and skills. 

  

* Gain experience in parts and services, develop communication and people relationship skills, improve problem solving techniques, build business skills, enhance use of EVG IT systems and develop leadership basics.

  

* Work part-time on office administration and review FSE expense report.

  

* Stay abreast of industry and technology changes and learn to relate those changes to EVG and customer needs.

  

 

  

Required Qualifications:

  

 

  

* With good English and computer skills; familiar with SAP.

  

* College or university degree plus knowledge and experience of foreign trading.

  

* Able to work independently and communicate effectively with others in work group and with customers.

  

* Technical knowledge on Semiconductor and Service Engineering

  

* 3 to 4 years of experience in customer service field or in a related area.
