JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

? Contract/Other concerned documentation Filing
? Checking the LC Application, correspondence with importer and customer for concerned issues.
? Place internal purchase order (IPO) to Tianjin, Tampere, Macon, Matamata etc. Make e-shop configurations if technical support not be able to do.
? Follow-up on machine delivery status in order to notify Sales/Customer, monthly report to contract Manager.
? Coordinate with the related department/person for the local supply.
? Liaise with factories logistics' people for overseas machine shipment. Sending shipping instruction and preparing/draft documentation to conform Letter of Credit.
? Forward customer complaints received to relevant personnel for resolution
? Arrange 'Acceptance Certificates' to Customers in order to obtaining last payment.
? Liaise with customer/importer for Money chasing and report to Contract Manager
? Relative Reports.

RELATIONSHIPS

? Sales team, to establish priorities and to ensure accurate performance of duties.
? Customers
? Import and Export Companies for delivery status
? After Market team for Local supply / information share for them correct parts forecast.


REQUIREMENT

? Education: BS, major in International Trade or English preferred
? Reasonable command of both written and verbal English
? IT skills: Fluent at Excel, Word
? Two years plus
? Professional/Experience/Course: International Trade preferred
