任职要求：

1.本科或以上学历，环境工程/科学、水文地质/地质工程、建筑/土木工程、岩土工程、市政工程等相关专业背景，具有环保中级或以上职称，注册一级建造师资格；具有5年以上土壤修复项目管理经验，有较强的管理能力和良好的沟通协调组织能力；

2.熟悉国内修复行业的相关法规、政策及工程技术规范，掌握常用修复技术实施流程及工程应用等，具有国内中小型土壤/地下水、矿山、垃圾填埋场、水环境或耕地治理等环境修复项目的实施和管理经验；

3.熟悉工程施工专业流程，基本了解污染降解、安全/环境风险控制、药剂材料、设备运行等施工重要元素；

4.精通工程项目施工设计，项目管理，设备管理，质量管理，安全管理等工作，具有一定的各类主要土壤/地下水修复设备/系统应用和管理经验；

5.熟悉招投标程序和关键节点，具备建筑/环保类工程造价技能和经验；

6.具有较强的动手能力和实践能力以及良好的现场问题解决能力，具备执行力，质量控制能力以及成本控制能力；

7.掌握使用基本工程制图软件（如 AutoCAD）及其他相关应用软件(如Office, Project等)；    

8.具备吃苦耐劳的精神，并能够适应出差。

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Environmental Engineering / science, hydrogeology / geological engineering, architecture / civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, municipal engineering, etc., with intermediate title or above in environmental protection, and registered first-class constructor qualification;

More than 5 years project management experience, strong management ability and good communication and coordination ability;

2. Be familiar with the relevant laws and regulations, policies and engineering technical specifications of domestic remediation industry, master the implementation process and engineering application of common remediation technologies, and have experience in the implementation and management of domestic small and medium-sized soil / groundwater, mines, landfill, water environment or cultivated land treatment and other environmental remediation projects;

3. Be familiar with the professional process of engineering construction, and basically understand the important construction elements such as pollution degradation, safety / environmental risk control, pharmaceutical materials, equipment operation, etc;

4. Proficient in project construction design, project management, equipment management, quality management, safety management, etc., with certain experience in application and management of various major soil / groundwater remediation equipment / systems;

5. Be familiar with bidding procedures and key nodes, and have construction / environmental engineering cost skills and experience;

6. Have strong hands-on ability and practical ability, as well as good on-site problem solving ability, executive ability, quality control ability and cost control ability;

7. Master the use of basic engineering drawing software (such as AutoCAD) and other related application software (such as office, project, etc.);

8. Have the spirit of hard work, and be able to adapt to business trip.
