Job Responsibilities:

• Book FA / CAPEX and follow payment base on SP/biz control approval.
• Responsible for amortization / FA & depreciation.
• Expense accrual and prepaid adjustment.
• Work with other departments for accurate accrual.
• Prepare and review monthly end closing.
• Assist bad debt provision if need.
• Insurance re-new and review insurance clause in contract.
• Work with external insurance broker
• Manager SOX for B/S & FA
• Prepare CAPEX and depreciation for the budget and forecast.
• Assist annual audit.

 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above
• 6-7 years accounting experience, preferably in retail industry.
• Positive work attitude, steadfast and can work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, able to work independently.
• Advanced verbal communication and presentation skills in English
