Job Details:

Operation Efficiency

1.      Establish & optimize processing procedure for: Annual contract/PF/Rebate.

2.      Establish Rebate SOP on process (Accrual/true up/settlement).

3.      Agreement renewal and development (Annual/Quarterly/special required agreement)

4.      Analysis on contract & PF related reports to evaluate the efficiency of business decision.

System Efficiency

1.      Master data maintenance (SAP/My Acuvue/Contract & Rebate);

2.      Contract analysis to benefit and well prepare for next year contract renewal.

3.      Develop system to improve operation accuracy and efficiency.

4.      Develop system to improve the Rebate efficiency.

5.      Enhance the e-signature system to improve the efficiency of the commercial team.

Qualification Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 5 years business and contract management experience in foreign company.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, good office skills
• Business writing foundation and business thinking ability;
• Ability to communicate and solve problems actively across departments;
