Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position
Manage the operation of the internal control process and optimize the internal control environment for China BEV
Selection Criteria:
Manage the operation of the internal control process and optimize the internal control environment for China BEV
Selection Criteria:
- Lead internal control process and key activities (GIS, MCRP, BCP, AFR)
- Lead control process development & implementation related to new business model
- Manage and work with China Internal Control related to China BEV
- Coordinate with China internal control team to roll out control activities and monitor site compliance.
- Coordinate the operation team to complete MCRP modules and corrective actions for GAO audit comments and OICs
- Lead China BEV DoA explanation
- Assist GAO audits (data collection, coordinate meetings, involved in issue discussion)
- Support manager for local policy development/update support and provide guidance and answer to policy related questions
- Perform system related internal control work: Application Control Review/Infrastructure Control Review (system, WeChat account, main page, differentiate category secrete, confidential…etc ) concurrence; System access IC concurrence.
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance or related field
- Strong teamwork and communication/presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and good business acumen
- Highly motivated
