ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Drives margin improvement across our brands by partnering with Product Merchandising, Brand Management, Brand Finance, and Supply Chain throughout the Pricing and Costing Process. This includes providing financial support during the preliminary line reviews and analyzing price and cost information at three main points (“Margin Review Meetings”): line lock, before wholesale sales meetings, and after actual orders receipt from the customer. Provides summaries of these touchpoints to Executive Management for each brand and each season.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Assist Executive Leadership and Brand Management in driving margin improvement within our Brands
• Analyze price, volume, and profit data to determine financial impact and performance of pricing
• Provide the Analytics & Reports that will support the Brand Margin Review Meetings with Executive Leadership, Brand Management, Product Merchandising, and Operations
• Understand foreign exchange trends to ensure pricing strategy and margin is maintained
• Team with Sourcing to understand product cost assumptions that feed into the financial plan
• Pricing scenario modelling and performing “what-if” analysis
• Bringing to life the business narratives behind the underlying financial data

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Able to work under pressure with multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

• Understands P&L activities and drivers of revenue and profitability
• Has analytical mindset with ability to solve difficult problems
• Thinks strategically and provides thought leadership ？ Demonstrates ability to communicate with senior level management
• Possesses robust story telling & presentation capabilities
• Proficient computer skills (Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with SAP and Tableau a plus ？ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
