Your Role and Responsibilities
Provide finance support to IS Contracts, with major activities on monthly closing, contract management and reporting.

Monthly Closing

1. Revenue Countdown and Bridge Analysis
2. Prepare and request of Journal entries
3. Revenue/Cost Mismatch Tracking
4. Plan Revenue/Cost Checking
5. Point of contact for Account Team and Accounting

Contract management

1. GvN Assessment
2. Billing Method Advice
3. Contract TECO/Close
4. UBAR Review
5. Quarterly CGP Review
6. Billing/Invoice Mismatch

Reporting

1. Contract Financial
2. Contract Closure Report
3. Vendor Cost Overrun
4. EAC Report
5. CGP Report
6. Cost Overrun
7. Performance Report

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor's Degree or above
Language: Fluent in English

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
IBM HW or SWG fulfillment background will be an advantage

Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills for English in Mandatory.
Professional phone manner and presence.
Full of responsibility and ownership to the job.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
