Duties & Responsibilities:

职责&责任

1.Ensures that all food is prepared and served according to the standard set by Company rules and Standards and Food Safety Standard Laws. In charge of the quality, consistency and hygiene in the Production Department.

确保所有食品按照公司条例标准和食品卫生安全标准进行准备和生产。

2. Does and checks all Employees. This includes the whole Supervision of the Bakery and Pastry Area, Proofing Rooms, Ovens, All Freezers and Packaging Area, Store facilities including all Employees there.

负责对面包和蛋糕生产区域、醒发间、烤炉、冷库、包装间以及以上区域内员工的监督。

3. Make sure Company recipes are used correctly and pastry and bakery items are presented according to company standards.

确保面包和蛋糕的生产符合公司配方，并且符合公司标准和食品卫生安全标准。

4.Establish standards and procedures, organize and supervise chemical, physical and related laboratory tests to control raw materials, products in process, and finished products for their conformity with quality specifications (QC).

确立标准和程序，组织并实施对原材料及产品的质量检测，并确保符合质量安全的标准

5. Determine action in cases of non-conformity to assure that all products shipped to customers meet customer quality requirements (QA).

确保所有最终交付给客户的产品符合各项质量安全标准的规定

6. Analyze quality complaints from customers and implement appropriate action to prevent recurrence of the complaint.

分析客户对产品质量的投诉，并采取相应措施避免同样事件的发生。

7. Assists the Quality, Environmental, and Safety Manager by managing the program level Quality Control Program. Coordinates responses to audit reports and ensures follow-up. Assists the GM in analyzing the performance of the Quality management System.

负责质量、环境和安全控制。编写各项质量年度报告并跟进质量年检。协助总经理的质量管理工作。

8.Assists in the preparation of internal quality directives and other publications.

协助并实施内部的质量安全活动及相关规则发布。

9.Performs other related duties as assigned by the Quality, Environmental, and Safety Manager

其他与质量、环境及安全相关的工作
任职资格

1、质量管理及相关专业本科以上学历；
2、相关行业工作经验及同职工作经历；
3、了解现代企业管理模式；熟悉QA体系、熟悉管理体系认证（ISO9000、ISO14000、OHSAS18000 等）；熟练使用办公软件；
4、有较强的语言表达能力、组织协调能力和团队建设与管理技能；有较强的分析能力、应变能力和决策能力；身体健康，精力充沛，为人正直，强烈的责任心。

公司主要从事烘焙装饰产品的生产、开发。公司主要生产的产品有：糖果和巧克力制品。
