Job description：
1.Improve productivity:
-- IE data collection and production performance KPI monitoring
-- Efficiency improvement for manufacturing process by IE tools
-- Develop automation for manufacturing process ;
2.Capacity study and monitor:
--Plant capacity database maintenance and monitoring
--Long term capacity expectation(3 years) planning;
-- Implementation for capacity enlarging to meet deliver requirement from customer;
3.Support Production& Quality control:
-- Trouble shooting in daily production;
-- Optimize the production process to reduce the quality defect;
-- Contribution to PFMEA for quality improvement;
4.Lead Lean Production in Plant
-- Lean tools implementation in process;
-- Continuously improve for the layout, process flow, WIP reduction, space, material handling& providing line architecture etc. by Lean methodology;
-- Production Line design base on lean manufacturing concept;
5.Smart Factory& Digital solution development
--Deploy advanced manufacturing technology (Robot, AI, AGV, Automation etc. )
--Support and collaborate with digital team for digital solution;
-- MES implementation in plant;

Job requirement：
1.-- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical-electronics or Mechanics or Industrial Engineering
2.-- 2-5yrs experience in method, strength in IE tools and data analysis
3.-- Good at written and spoken English
4.-- Have background in Lean methodology or digitalization
5.Good at written and spoken English, CET-4; MS Office, be proficient in AutoCAD; Lean knowledge

-通过精益方法不断改善布局，工艺流程，减少在制品，减少空间，材料处理和提供生产线架构等；
-基于精益生产理念的生产线设计；
5.智能工厂和数字解决方案开发
-部署先进的制造技术（机器人，AI，AGV，自动化等）
-支持数字团队并与他们合作以提供数字解决方案；
-工厂中的MES实施;

职位需要：
1 .--机械电子或机械或工业工程专业本科或以上学历
2 .-- 2-5年的方法，IE工具和数据分析方面的经验
3 .--英文读写能力强
4 .--具有精益方法论或数字化背景
5，英语口语能力强，CET-4； MS Office，精通AutoCAD；精益知识
