职位描述：
1、负责网站创意、设计、页面制作及网页广告、相关图片、动画等制作工作；
2、设计网站的风格、色彩、布局、图片和 Flash的整体搭配；
3、负责网站子频道设计和制作；
4、负责网站促销专题和各种活动页面的设计和制作；
5、负责网页广告设计和制作。

职位要求：
1.美术相关专业毕业，1年以上相关工作经验；
2. 精通photoshop/Flash/Dreamweaver/Frontpage/Fireworks/flash各类制作软件；
3. 熟悉静态、动态图片制作流程； 能独立进行主题设计；
4. 对色彩敏感、细节精到、有把握不同风格页面的能力，有较强的创新及设计能力；
5. 具备良好的沟通、表达能力，擅长团队合作；
6. 负责过公司网站WEB页面美工开发者优先。
