职位描述
岗位职责：
1、全面负责本科室的诊疗；
2、负责制定本科室年度医疗质量的监控方案并组织实施；
3、负责检查、总结和指导下属医生、医技人员和护士的工作；
4、组织和参加科室间会诊，主持和参与疑难、重症患者的诊治和抢救；
5、协同医务科，护理部及有关职能科，完成医院交给的其他工作任务；
6、负责组织本科室业务学习和制订人才培养计划和技术考核标准；
任职要求：
1、相关专业本科以上学历，均具有医师执业资格证书；
2、5年以上介入临床工作经验，具有一定的医院科室管理经验；
3、副主任或高年资主治医师以上专业技术职称；
