工作职责

1.规范、推行产品研发管理体系，并提供标准、工具、方法等；

2.参与并影响产品和项目决策，与公司其他部门沟通、协调资源，推进跨部门合作；

3.向项目主要干系人汇报项目风险进度并推动解决；

4.积极参与或带领项目管理体系的优化改进工作，推动项目规范化管理，打造高效协同；

5.通过对项目过程产生的各种数据进行分析，持续跟踪项目及人员工作状态；

6.控制项目风险，管理项目变更，协调项目资源，及时发现问题并协调解决； 总结项目上线后的收益、问题等，以便持续改进。

任职条件

1.计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经验；

2.熟悉电商行业，有相关项目管理实施经验；

3.有一定的java微服务开发能力，熟悉spring cloud 微服务架构、能操作mysql、redis等数据库；

4.熟悉jira 禅道等项目管理工具，PMP、ACP、CSM证书者优先；

5.具有清晰的逻辑思维能力，较强的业务理解能力、项目推进能力和规划能力，较强的文字表达能力，项目管理和应变能力；

6.有较强的团队合作精神，善于沟通和分享；

7.为人热情开朗，工作主动积极，能承受一定压力。
