Regulatory Reporting Coordinator

Job responsibilities

• Act as an interface with internal teams and external regulator to ensure all the regulatory data reporting work to be done properly in different systems, like PBOC(中国人民银行征信系统), leasing registration system from Ministry of Commerce(融资租赁登记系统), and other systems requested by regulator. 

The major tasks:

1. Fully understand the requests from regulator, and the influence on our business.
2. Familiar with our business models and internal CMS system; fetching the data from different internal systems and generate report to meet regulatory requirements.
3. Independently work with all stakeholders to solve problem.
4. Monitor the data quality of each team related to the external systems, like PBOC: according to transactions status, communicate with related team of data input; ensure the data reflect timely and correctly.
5. Ensure the accuracy of reporting and internal data source.
6. Implement the business requirement timely into all kinds of system.
7. Data migration of system change.
8. Contract management and booking in internal CMS system.
9. Tasks at hoc.

Required Education/Skills/Experience

• 5-6 years of professional experience in areas below,

-        Project management

-        Risk management

-        Operations

-        PBOC related work

• Background is preferred from leasing/financing business, business operations primarily in financial instaurations (banks, financial service providers).
• Able to apply commercial experience to balance risk and opportunity when making decisions.
• Good analytical and communications skills.
• Experience in multi-national companies or reputable finance/banks is preferred.
