As a Lead Sales specialist, you will be responsible in expanding the CT (Computed Tomography) business in South China. You will be facing customer and responsible for winning business, contributing to sales plan in a specific region and also defines sales strategy for targeted clients.

    

As a Lead Sales Specialist - Waygate Technologies (CT Solutions), you will be responsible for:

    

?       Developing sales strategies to scope, plan and successfully deliver winning proposals for customers

    

?       Developing sales and strategy initiatives using your knowledge of competitors to access new markets, customers and opportunities

    

?       Selling the CT product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects within South China.

    

?       Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.

    

?       Contributing to prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity. Works on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions.

    

?       Handling diverse clients in assigned region and cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales.

    

?       Leading a department with medium-sized estimated orders and handling local focus on Small-Medium size territory.

To be successful in this role you will:

    

?       Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in sales)

    

?       Have minimum 5 years sales working experience in manufacturing/electronic industry.

    

?       Be fluent in English and Mandarin (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication skills

    

?       Have strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

    

?       Be able to influence others and lead small teams, lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.

    

?       Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously, Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
