• Source candidates for Changsha opening positions through various channels
• Screen the resumes and coordinate the interview process for TA professional, hiring manager and other stakeholders
• Conduct employee onboarding and exit process
• Support benefits programs implementation and government-related applications
• Support organize/develop training & development initiatives
• Drive Changsha employees engagement & culture activities
• Collaboratively implement other HR procedures, programs and processes that align with people strategies, objectives and direction
• Other tasks assigned by manager on critical, urgent matters

职位要求： 

• Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or related
• 0-2 years’ experience in HR functions
• Good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skill, have empathy
• Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good at both oral and written English
