Supports product managers in customer research, gathering quantitative product data, product verification, documentation and configuration to help product managers work more efficiently and effectively.

What You’ll Do

● Support product managers in gathering product data, analyzing industry trends, preparing documentation, setting up demo environment, verifying delivered functions, etc. 

● Collaborate with product development team to track the progress and issues. 

● Train internal departments on new product features and providing support to customers.

● Suggest product enhancements improve user experience.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management or a related field.

● Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

● Proficiency in the documentation.

● Logical and organized. 

● Previous work experience as an Associate Product Manager is a plus.
