职位描述
Key accountabilities and responsibilities
- Daily tax invoices issuing.
- Daily AR/AP cash collection clearing in system.
- Local 3rd party AR/AP pushing email to sales/operation/customers.
- Tax invoices purchasing/ cost invoices verifications through tax office website monthly; Run monthly tax invoice report from Golden tax system.
- Assist daily BOC ebanking operation and prepare payment request into bank system for approval.
- Local bank communication.
- Sustain effective communication & coordination with customer service department and sales department.
- Follow instructions and implement policies.
- Full accounting related affairs Back up peers whenever necessary.
- Any duty per delegated from time to time.
Required experience & skills
- Good written and spoken in English and Mandarin.
- Knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Office (Excel) and SAP.
- Able to work under pressure & tight deadline.
- Good contact with all levels of personnel within the company, clients and vendors.
- Flexible hours and required occasionally.
- Willing to learn, Hardworking, punctual, organized, team play spirit, able to give feedback to Superior & Management. Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often with short notice.
