Responsibilities

1. 根据总部、部门及区域的实施计划，独立推进各项工作，达成负责区域的销售目标。

2. 遵循总部制定的零售网络政策，根据部门、区域的实施计划，达成负责区域的网络建设目标。

3. 强化对零售网络的销售管理及临店指导，持续优化网络，提升负责区域的销量及市场占有率。

4. 协助区域主管管理代理商的日常实施事项.

5. 收集分析市场上的产品、价格和渠道等竞品信息并进行有效提案。

Requirements

1. 本科以上学历。

2. 至少2年以上销售经验，轮胎行业优先。

3. 沟通能力良好，逻辑思维较强，具备不断进取的学习心态。

4. 诚信，尊重他人，坚持不懈并对成功充满渴望。

5. 有良好的承压能力及团队合作意识，能够适应频繁出差工作。

6. 熟练掌握Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件。
