The BU Operation role (3rd-party contractor) reports to Sr. BU Operation Manager of the biggest Business Unit of Novartis Oncology China. You will be part of a core team member in the business transformation and excellent execution within BU that will partner with the functions/marketing (400 people involved) to help management team identify opportunities and drive business planning as well as operation efforts to maximize business value.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• BU Budget allocation and management system optimization, including allocative methodology and principle design
• BU investment process management, acting as key member to participate in business planning and result analysis, maximize resource efficiency
• BU travel budget and behavior monitoring and management
• Responsible for business efficiency and effectiveness, identify risks and opportunities to support leadership team’s decision making through analyzing performance, behaviors and investment
• In charge of daily operations assigned by BU operation team
• Support BU head and line manager on ad-hoc tasks

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Bachelor degree, relative in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.
• 5 years of sales operation and/or business analysis experience in Pharma industry
• Strong business acumen, data sensitivity and strategic thinking
• Good anti-pressure ability and ownership as well as communication skills
• Proficient in English and Microsoft office, especially Excel, Think-cell and Power point

• SFE experience is preferred
• Experience in project leading or efficiency improvement is a plus
